Programme Note

These three brief pieces written shortly after an idyllic summer holiday evoke, as their titles suggest a spirit of light and calm. They were commissioned by Nicola Phillips and Deian Rowlands with funds made available by the Arts Council of Wales and first performed at Galeri, Caernarfon on September 18th 2005.
